New California travel writers are always welcome at Journey! California. You don't need a lot of travel writing experience, and you don't need to commit to traveling long distances from your home.
 
You will need:
1. A love for travel and sight-seeing.
2. A love for writing stories about your travels.
3. A love for all things "California."
 
Helpful:
1. An AdSense publisher's account and number so you can be paid.
2. An Amazon affiliate account.
3. A digital camera.
 
Payment:
I don't offer any direct payments or reimbursements, however if you include your AdSense publishers number in your account settings, 85% of the ad displays on your pages will be payable to your AdSense account. Also you are permitted to use Amazon affiliate links, Zazzle links, and to create backlinks to your other sites or articles. (Other affiliate links negotiable; let's talk about this on the forum!)
 
Two things not allowed here:
1. No spam will be tolerated; writers who use this site to post spammy looking links or content will lose writer's privileges.
2. No negative articles or divisive political diatribes are allowed. If you don't like a place, don't write about it. This site is for promotion, not for degradation.
